When you use the contact form, VALENQO may collect:

This data is used solely to receive your enquiry, understand your needs, respond to you and, where relevant, prepare the discussions required for a potential engagement.

The processing of contact enquiries is based on VALENQO’s legitimate interest in responding to people who contact it and reviewing potential engagement requests.

The “Name”, “Email”, “Your project” and “Tell us about your project” fields are required so that we can process your enquiry. The “Organisation” field is optional.

The data is accessible only to people at VALENQO who need it in order to handle your enquiry, as well as to technical providers required to operate and host the website.

Enquiries that do not result in a commercial relationship are retained for 12 months from the last exchange and are then deleted.
